- Though often overlooked, Intercultural Intelligence is a key competency for any effective 21st century leader who wishes to work in the so-called “global village”, managing and collaborating with people from different countries and continents.
- I am a practitioner who gained skills and knowledge working for 24 years in an international corporation, and living in Poland, Ukraine, the United Arab Emirates, China, Russia, Indonesia, and Hong Kong.
- I work 1-2-1 with senior leaders in various organisations. Among my clients are CEOs, Board Members, Directors, Leaders and private individuals.
- I am also a member of the Supervisory Board of R-GOL, an international football chain store.
- I conduct intercultural and leadership training. I advise companies on how to build and develop international teams. I help experts adapt to working in Poland, and prepare Poles for working abroad.
- I support leaders in their own development and organisations in the implementation of mentoring and leadership programs. I prepare mentors for participation in development programs. I am a mentor and a coach myself.
- I wrote the book “Change Your Perspective. Avoiding Miscommunication in International Business” (Popatrz inaczej. Pułapki komunikacji w biznesie międzynarodowym). In this book, I share my practical knowledge and expertise on how to manage multicultural teams.
- I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
- From 2022 I am lecturer on MBA at Kalisz University
My activity
Consultant Mentor Coach
I work 1-2-1 with senior leaders in various organisations. Among my clients are CEOs, Board Members, Directors, Leaders and private individuals. I am also a member of the Supervisory Board of international football chain stores R-GOL.
I use my experience to help companies develop the intercultural intelligence of their employees – which is a very important, yet often underestimated competence of the 21st century leader.
I use my knowledge as an advisor to support organisations in building global teams capable of collaborating effectively on many cultural levels. At the same time, my work focuses on supporting expats in the process of adaptation to the Polish work environment, as well as on preparing Poles for achieving professional success abroad.
I know how important support and orientation in a foreign environment are, and this is why I engage in helping others with these challenges and provide them with the necessary tools and advice for success. Through my work, I create space for growth, development and knowledge sharing. I am convinced that investing in the personal and professional development of each employee yields benefits not only to the business unit, but also to the entire organisation.
I approach each project with passion and involvement, always ready to help my clients in achieving their goals and developing their potential.

My book
Dreams are meant to come true. I am proud to present my book, “Change Your Perspective; Communication Pitfalls in International Business,” which was published in Polish in 2021, and is coming out in English in the first quarter of 2024.
With this book, which is a blend of storytelling, personal anecdotes, and business knowledge, I aim to share my experiences in intercultural communication and leadership with readers from all over the world.
I believe it’s important for the physical quality of the book to reflect its contents, which is why the hardback is beautifully finished with a ribbon bookmark and wonderful illustrations by Karol Romanowski to enhance the reading experience.
As it is self-published, the physical book can only be bought directly from me.
