The work of an independent consultant is often lonely. It is great to meet business partners who share your values and with whom you can form a group of mutual support. I have collaborated with them on numerous projects and I would like to mention them to honour the pursuit of our common path and to thank them for our shared projects.
Paweł Sopkowski, the founder of CoachWise, is a visionary. I have completed my ICF PCC coaching certification at CW. I am also the leader of the “Razem” (“Together”) Group HR Mentoring program and conduct open Mentoring Essential programs and the school of leaders. Additionally, I also support the mentoring program at the PMI (Project Management International Chapter Poland).
I met Zosia Barańska, one of the founders of BlackBird, years ago at one of the first HR conferences after returning to Poland, when I was trying to build my contact network. We liked each other very much and worked on many interesting projects together. At BlackBird Academy, I conduct Manager Academy, multicultural and mentoring trainings.
At ODITK, I share my intercultural knowledge, especially with clients from Asia.
At Hutchinson Institute, I support expats and their families who move to Poland.
At Business Practice, I support a leading brand of premium cars, helping the Heads of Sales in their development as leaders and Customer Advisors in communication and building the Wow! effect in customer service.
The University of Kalisz – MBA – Communication and Intercultural Leadership. I have been invited to conduct the Communication and Intercultural Leadership module as part of the MBA studies at the University of Kalisz. A wonderful and motivated group, who decided to spend a Sunday in a lecture room with me. Thank you, I feel honoured to see my name among the names of other lecturers, whom I greatly respect… It is nice to be a part of such a distinguished group 🙂
EIFID – European Institute for Intercultural Development in Amsterdam – In 2018, I took the Train the Trainer course there. I met Basia Bartczak, Ph.D., EIFID’s founder, and since then, I have had the pleasure to participate in EIFID’s work as a trainer and meet great people from all over the world.
Bernard was my guide when I took my first steps as an independent consultant after returning to Poland. I was inspired by his books, newsletters, and YouTube channel… Throughout my life, I have met very few people as consistent in their actions as Bernard.
