I am a practitioner of intercultural management.
I had bosses of 14 nationalities. I reported to people from Poland, America, China, Malaysia, France, England, Denmark, Turkey, and a number of other countries.
I myself managed international teams in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Together with my family, I moved from country to country nine times.
I spent half of my professional life in Sales, and the other half in HR. My two last positions in the corporate world were a Hong Kong position, where I was the HR Director Commercial Organisation for Asia and Pacific (13 countries) and a previous position in Indonesia, where I supported Sales and Marketing as the HR Director (4,200 people in 120 locations).
I have a degree in Arabic studies. I studied in Kraków and Baghdad, and I worked as a translator and interpreter in Libya.
I collaborate with leading training companies in Poland and abroad, including the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) in Brussels. I give lectures on intercultural communication to MBA students at the University of Kalisz, and the European Institute for Intercultural Development (EIFID) in Amsterdam.
